Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms are defined as:
Consumer: an individual purchasing products primarily for personal, family, or household use and not for resale or commercial purposes.
Business: Casey Parker, the seller of the products offered through the Casey Parker online store.
Day: a calendar day.
Distance Contract: an agreement between Casey Parker and a consumer concluded through the online store without the parties being physically present together at the time the order is placed.

Article 3 – Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers made by Casey Parker and to every purchase concluded between Casey Parker and a consumer through the Casey Parker online store.
By placing an order through the Website, the consumer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Before completing an order, the consumer will have the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions.
If additional product-specific conditions apply, those conditions will be communicated to the consumer before or during the purchase process.
If one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Casey Parker makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes, materials, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products. However, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.
Casey Parker reserves the right to modify product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information on the Website.
Obvious typographical, technical, pricing, or other errors do not create an obligation for Casey Parker to fulfill an order under incorrect information.
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the order, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
For international deliveries, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Each offer will contain, where applicable:

Article 5 – The Contract
A purchase agreement is formed when the consumer successfully places an order through the Casey Parker Website and receives an order confirmation.
After an order has been placed, Casey Parker will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the consumer.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with any original tags and packaging attached.
Customers may inspect products to determine whether they are suitable, but products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection may not be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Casey Parker and provide the relevant order information.
After a return request has been approved, Casey Parker will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions and return address.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned products and ensuring that the products are safely shipped.
Casey Parker reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the applicable return requirements.
Nothing in this Article limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Article 7 – Return Shipping Costs and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on the Website or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product.
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, Casey Parker will process the applicable refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Casey Parker or required by applicable law.
